This Legal Statement covers the use of this website – (, the “Website”).  This Website, which is operated by the World Anti-Doping Agency (“WADA”), is part of the Anti-Doping Learning Hub (“ADLH”), a program developed as a partnership between WADA, the International University Sports Federation (“FISU”), and the Gwangju Summer Universiade 2015 Organizing Committee (collectively, the “Partners”).  The ADLH program aims to increase knowledge, primarily in university students, about the area of anti-doping in sport and issues related thereto. 

Please read and review this Legal Statement carefully before accessing or using the Website.  By accessing or using the Website, you acknowledge that you have read, understood and agreed to this Legal Statement.  If you do not agree to these terms, you may not access or use the Website.

WADA reserves the right to change this Legal Statement from time to time without notice, as it deems necessary.  Your continued use of our Website is deemed to be your acceptance of any changes to this Legal Statement.

WADA endeavours to include accurate and up-to-date information on this Website. However, the WADA offers no guarantees, warranties or representations, express or implied, as to the accuracy or completeness of the information contained or referenced therein.

Access to this Website

The University Anti-Doping Textbook and other learning material on this Website may only be accessed by users with registered accounts.  To register, you will need to fill out a registration form.  You must not intentionally provide information that you know not to be true in the registration form.

All users must select a username and password when registering.  You are entirely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your username and password, and for taking reasonable precautions to prevent the inadvertent disclosure of your username and password.

You agree to notify WADA immediately of any unauthorized use of your account or any other breach of security.  WADA will not be liable for any loss that you may incur as a result of someone else using your username, password or account, either with or without your knowledge.  You may be held liable for any harm or loss (including legal fees related to same) incurred by WADA or another party due to someone else using your username, password or account.  WADA may suspend or terminate your access to the Website if the WADA believes your account is being used by an unauthorized person or if you have not complied with this Legal Statement or for any other reason in WADA’s sole discretion.  You may not use anyone else's account at any time, without the express permission of the account holder.

You may not obtain or attempt to obtain any materials or information from this Website through any means not intentionally made available to you through this Website.  You must not attempt to gain unauthorized access to the Website, the server on which the Website is stored or any server, computer or database connected to this Website.  You must not attack this Website via a denial-of-service attack or a distributed denial-of service attack.  You must not take any action that imposes an unreasonably or disproportionately large load on this Website’s infrastructure.  You must not use any device, software or routine to interfere or attempt to interfere with the proper working of this Website or any activity being conducted on this Website.  You must not use or attempt to use any engine, software, tool, agent or other device or mechanism to navigate or search this Website other than the search engine and search agents available from this Website and from other generally available third-party websites.
